VID ANALYSIS: Justin Timberlake - Say Something

Director(s)Arturo Perez Jr.
Act: Justin Timberlake
Genre: Country Rock
Track: Say Something
Released: 2018

Say something is a very noteworthy video, done completely live, no pre-recorded voice or instruments, even background singers are live and in the video. The production involved a 200 person crew, 17 musicians and a 60-person choir AND it was shot in a single take. The video opens with Justin Timberlake on a set of synth pads, the camera pans from a door onto him in a room playing, he then picks up a guitar and begins to sing whilst walking around the "The Bradbury building" playing guitar whilst other musicians can be seen all over the set playing. Him and Chris Stapleton (featured artist) manoeuvre the building walking around the balcony and going up and down the elevators.
